02 Jakie dane przetwarzamy
The scope of processed data depends on how you use the Store. We may process in particular:
- first and last name,
- email address and phone number,
- delivery address and billing address,
- company name and tax identification number (NIP), if provided during the order,
- information regarding placed orders and purchased products,
- information necessary to handle payment and its status,
- data provided in the contact form or B2B form,
- technical data related to the use of the website, such as IP address, browser information, device, and cookie files.
Providing data required when placing an order is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and execute the sales contract.
03 Cele i podstawy przetwarzania
We process data for the purpose of concluding and performing the sales agreement – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Data submitted in the contact or B2B form is processed for the purpose of responding, taking action prior to concluding an agreement, or conducting correspondence – Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the GDPR.
Data may be processed for the purpose of handling complaints and establishing, exercising, or defending claims – Article 6(1)(c) or (f) of the GDPR.
Technical data may be processed for the purpose of securing the website, preventing abuse, and ensuring its proper operation – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If a given technology requires consent, data is processed on the basis of consent given by the user – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
04 Odbiorcy danych
Data may be transferred to entities that help us run the Store and fulfill orders, solely to the extent necessary to provide the given service.
Such entities may include, in particular:
- hosting and IT service providers,
- email service providers,
- entities providing accounting services,
- courier companies and other entities carrying out delivery,
- electronic payments operator Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.),
- service providers used by the website, if the user uses the relevant functions.
These entities may act as data processors on our behalf or as independent controllers, depending on the scope of the services provided.
05 Jak długo przechowujemy dane
We store data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
- order data – for the duration of the contract performance, and then for the period resulting from applicable tax and accounting regulations as well as limitation periods for claims,
- correspondence and form data – for the time necessary to complete a given matter, and then for a period justified by the possibility of pursuing or defending claims,
- data processed on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal or the cessation of the processing purpose,
- cookie-related data – for the period resulting from the lifespan of the given file or until the withdrawal of consent, if consent is required.
06 Twoje prawa
In the cases provided for by the GDPR provisions, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify data,
- erase data,
- restrict its processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time, if the processing is based on consent; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The Store uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation of the website, handling the shopping cart, user sessions, and implementing the functions of the online store.
Essential cookies
Some files are necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, for example to store the contents of the shopping cart, ensure security, or maintain the user session.
Optional cookies
Technologies that are not necessary for the provision of the service requested by the user may only be launched after obtaining the appropriate consent.
The user can manage their choices regarding cookies using the consent mechanism available on the website and their browser settings. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it.
08 Google Maps i usługi zewnętrzne
On the Contact page, we use embedded Google Maps. Loading such a map may result in establishing a connection with the service provider's servers and transferring technical data, such as IP address, device information, or browser data.
If a given external service uses consent-requiring technologies, it should be activated only after the user has made the appropriate choice.
Some IT service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, data transfer should take place using mechanisms approved by GDPR, appropriate for the given provider and country.
09 Zautomatyzowane podejmowanie decyzji
As part of operating the Store, the Administrator does not make decisions towards customers that produce legal effects solely in an automated manner. Individual external service providers, e.g. payment operators, may apply their own security mechanisms in accordance with their own data processing policies.
10 Zmiany Polityki prywatności
The privacy policy may be updated, in particular in the event of changes in legal regulations, the manner in which the Store operates, or the services and technologies used.
